The LIVING Treatments Project is a systematic review with aggregate data meta-analyses, Trial Sequential Analyses, network meta-analysis, and individual patient data meta-analyses. The project aims at comparing the effects of all interventions for treatment of COVID-19 versus placebo, standard care, no intervention, or active placebo.
Primary outcomes will be all-cause mortality and serious adverse events. Secondary outcomes will be proportion of participants admitted to intensive care, proportion of participants receiving mechanical ventilation, proportion of participants receiving renal replacement therapy, quality of life, and proportion of participants with a non-serious adverse event.
